We a had a kid’s birthday party here yesterday. The whole process, including booking, payment and setup was smooth, painless and convenient. Monica was polite, efficient and extremely helpful on the phone and via email and text messages. The staff person helping us out with music and setup was also super nice and helpful. All the arcade games set up for us were in good condition and the bouncy house was a huge hit. When you are a busy parent, every little bit that reduces that mental load is very much appreciated and It’s2Cool did just that for us.
